The B&B Savoia is located inside the Condominium of "Via Savoia, 72"
As Wikipedia says [link], the condominiun (latin word, in italian we say "Condominio") is a common property where many private apartments share same areas and services (hallways, heating system, elevators, exterior areas, etc)
If you plan to come and stay to our place, you are invited to respect other families privacy and peace. Some example of what you, as guest of the B&B Savoia are invited to do not do:

  • shout the door of the elevator
  • talk loud in the hall, the couryard and in the others common areas
  • sleep in the hall (...yes, hard to believe, that's happend)
  • talk at loud voice in by the window (expecially at night)

We write this becasue we actually had problems after some guests did
things that the Condominio did not like much (and we agree with the
families of the condominio concerning on this).
I personally think that those things happend only because our guests where not awared of the "Condominium lifestyle".
So I decided to show this page to people who are planning to come and stay to the B&B Savoia.(I'm pretty sure that communication counts!)

An architectural note here:
Our  Condominiun was biult around the 1920. At the age, there were differents material and techinque of construction, and - if we compare those with the more recent buildings - we can safely say that old technique were many times better.
Main walls of the apartment  are 90 centimiter width. That meas:

  • You will  ear your neibourgh taling in the next  room (which mean your room is  nice and silent)
  • Rooms are fresh at summer and warm at winter (thanks to this we prefere to do not use air conditioning)
